Ordering Process

Order by e-mail or telephone

You can only place your order through our online shop. It is not possible to place orders through customer service.


Once the order has been completed, order confirmation is automatically sent to the e-mail address provided in the order. NOTE: Please be sure to check your spam folder.

To re-order one or multiple items

Within your customer account, under “my orders”, please click on the green “recycling symbol” on the right hand side. 

If the button is no longer visible, please place a new order through our website again.

Adding to an order already in process

After the order has been paid, we are not able to expand the order. 

Merging orders

Merging multiple orders in one package is not possible. We are happy to refund you the shipping costs for the additional order.
